Act Against AIDS
- Act Against AIDS is a multi-year, multi-faceted communication campaign that is being planned and released in phases. Each phase, with its own unique objectives and target audiences, will utilize mass media and direct-to-consumer communication channels to deliver important HIV prevention messages in a manner designed to be compelling, credible, and relevant. Some campaign phases will influence knowledge and information-seeking behaviors, while other phases will influence complex prevention and testing behaviors.

The National Clinicians' Post-Exposure Prophylaxis Hotline (PEPline) offers treating clinicians up-to-the-minute advice on managing occupational exposures (i. e., needlesticks, splashes, etc.) to HIV, hepatitis and other blood-borne pathogens.

National Perinatal HIV Consultation and Referral Service 1-888-448-8765
The National Perinatal HIV Consultation and Referral Service offers healthcare providers around-the-clock advise on testing and care of HIV-infected pregnant women and their infants and provides referral to HIV specialists and regional resources.
The Perinatal HIV Hotline (888-448-8765) and the PEPline (888-448-4911) are both available 24 hours, seven days per week. The Warmline (800-933-3413) is available 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST) Monday through Friday. All consultations are free and confidential.
